I had a Visa card from WAMU for years and was very pleased. Chase had to buy them out and now the customer service is absolutely the worst! I am cancelling the card and going elsewhere. I do not recommend anyone put up with the disrespect that Chase showed me. My credit score is around 800 and I've never made a late payment on my card but that certainly doesn't matter to those people. I guess they only treat the people that rack up the finance charges respect. I hope the poor economy doesn't mean we also have to put up with poor service.
